Position: Project Manager
Details: Project Manager to oversee construction projects. Review the project schedule deliverables and costs. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions for compliance with building and safety regulations. Coordinate and direct architects, construction workers and subcontractors. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. Meet contractual conditions of performance. Prepare reports for job status. Problem analysis and resolution. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses
Jobsite: Winchester, Massachusetts.
Salary: $78,270/Year
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
